۞Palestinians Right of Return⌂ – What to Do with Israel?

Israeli and a German stand side by side. Appears self-rule in Israel failed.
Will today’s war criminals be punished as in Louis Nizer’s 1944 book, What To Do With Germany.
In The Trumps: Three Generations That Built an Empire, we are reminded that Trump’s “German immigrant grandfather…came to America” in the 1800s from Bavaria’s Palatinate region. But Palatinate is not Palestine.
And rich boys’ toys cannot build a real home.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, overlook my August 20, 2021 paper, “Children’s Secret Toys: Afghanistan’s Beloved Country After the Taliban Deal”?
More importantly, Louis Nizer’s enlightening words:
“A man who works with his hands is a laborer; a man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman; but a man who works with his hands and his brain and his heart is an artist.”
Appears you’re NOT in good company. Instead, with idle, brainless and heartless bastards!
Right or Wrong, Sons and Daughters will take up arms and make the OTHER pay for their Fallen and their Father’s sins, in ‘The House That Israel Built.’
But be reminded; in this ‘Zone of Interest’ your ‘dream home’ will forever be a nightmare.
Israel needs to ‘rebuild’ its house. I put forth to you four years ago the following:
“One can build and rebuild a city and state; One cannot build a homeland and secure it at the cost of another’s land, rights, and livelihoods without incurring a high price as descendants of the Founders of U.S. have learned.”
Allies’ fight with the German Führer ended almost a century ago. Israel’s fight never ended. And so you seek an adversary worthy of the last one.
Destiny appears to have reciprocated. Playing you a dirty trick, it dealt you a ‘Wild Card.’
Israel, best you heed the prescient words by Nizer, known as the ‘Renaissance Man’:
“Intervals of enforced peace are but the opportunity to prepare for a more horrendous attack, so overwhelming and brutal that finally it will succeed and the world will be ruled by Germans as masters who have fulfilled their destiny.”
Rebuilding GAZA

Last May, I proposed:
“Gaza, day after? I have a Master Plan. Not all will like it. Except Mohammad, who responded with an emphatic ‘Yes’ to the question, ‘You and Hamas govern Gaza together?”
May sound absurd. Not so. Quite fitting to have Palestinians live and die by the very idea they support, right Mohammad? But in rebuilding Gaza, be reminded, recognition is NOT acceptance. Agree, ‘Palestine needs to sit down and put their house in order.”
Gaza Is NOT ‘ground zero’ in war frontlines or business towers. It has been the HOME, LIVELIHOOD and LAND of PEOPLE for CENTURIES.
Yet, Israel’s new blueprint for rebuilding Gaza proposes that the lives of over 50,000 Palestinians and their land be the bloody foundation for new Israeli settlements.
Prime Minister Netanyahu, is this normal? ‘Normalization’ or ETHNIC CLEANSING?
Saudi Prince Turki Al-Faisal correctly noted, “The problem in Palestine is not the Palestinians. It’s Israeli Occupation.”
Question is, will a ‘unified Arab position’ solidify Palestinians’ resolve of Resilience and Resistance as pointed out by Mustafa Barghouti, President of the Palestinian National Initiative?
U.S., will you have the Strategic Reconstruction support of USAID from the Army Corps of Engineers rebuild Gaza? Your North Atlantic Division (NAD) includes Israel.
Or you could send in private contractors. Labor? No problem. GTMO is almost vacant but can be refilled.
Instead of ICE flying detainees down under, they can be housed in GTMO and covertly exported to Israel. Who better to dig the graves of your enemy than the enemy.
But will it be another ‘expensive PR stunt’ like the Gaza floating pier?
Prime Locations: Striking “Peace Deals” or “Striking Gold?”
As long as politicians play with peoples’ land partitioning it and manipulating its resources as a function for powerful interests, the people cannot live in peace, no matter the number of ‘peace deals.’ – Leticia Matlock
In President Trump’s last year in office, on September 30, 2020, I published my paper
“Middle East Master Plans: “Circle of Peace” or Squared Pacts?” Here are highlights:
Real Estate in the U.S. has a well-known slogan, “Location, Location, Location.” I understood this working in the industry and in government with City Planners in California.
Recall America’s “Deals of the Century” shortly before the 2008 financial crisis? Is the U.S. President acting as an “honest broker” or real estate agent looking to make a high commission on prime locations?
To best understand Israel strategy and plan, one needs to go back to Israel’s first move, relocating the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
Today, some ask why the impetus for the relocation of the Palestinians and not Syrians? Really? One need not be in Real Estate to know why. Prime Location!
Sure, there’s the breathtaking view. And what developer wouldn’t jump on building a resort! Question is, who would feel comfortable sleeping in between two militaries?
‘Take over’? Perhaps you confuse it with Mar-a-Lago (Sea to Lake). Funny, like in the Mediterranean, it too connects the river and the sea.
Mr. President, would you like to relocate your home there? Don’t believe agencies like the FBI have jurisdiction in Palestine.
From Gaza to the West Bank, Palestine and its People are not for Sale!
Still some search for the ‘Lost City of Atlantis.’ Qatar and UAE, look familiar?

“The rope of lies is short”
“The truth has a knack for knocking at your door even when you try to slam it shut.” – LouisNizer
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, seeing you stand with President Trump reminds me of his last year in office, 2020. Recall my reply to your statement?
“The greatest friend that Israel has ever had in the White House.”
Yes, Prime Minister, but it is this friendship for which some have made it their life mission to target Jews in your Homeland and in the other land they call home, the U.S.
Sir, you may feel secure standing by who you see as the most powerful leader, but not all Israelis feel secure nor a majority of American Jews. Why?
In part, for some of the reasons you applauded the President. To summarize your list: “Jerusalem Embassy, Golan Heights, Iran Deal, Eliminating Soleimani, Hamas disarmament, and Gaza demilitarization.”
But be reminded that nothing last forever. “The rope of lies is short.” Recall, when asked if this “peace deal” would be forever, UAE Minister of State Anwar Gargash replied, “Nothing is forever.”
Mahmoud Abbas, Palestine’s leader was not present at your event. So I’ll interject what he once reportedly stated, “We need international support so that our people live a life of normality, of dignity, of liberty and freedom. I hope that our cry for freedom may be heard.”
Appears no one, especially Israel, heard the cries. Bloodshed did not start or stop on the 7th of October in Israel or on September 11th in U.S.
President Trump, of the design of One World Trade Center (formerly Freedom Tower) you reportedly said, “If we rebuild the World Trade Center in the form of a skeleton, the terrorists win.” Over three thousand people died. You lost.
Tell us o wishy washy one, who ‘took over’ rebuilding Twin Towers? New Yorkers or Saudis?
Target or Gamble? Don, in ‘Gambling on Atlantic City’ writes Gwenda Blair in her 2000 biographical book The Trumps, “He did not need…the Real Estate Board of New York…and he did not want to have anyone else…make decisions for him.”
So Mr. President, how your decisions work out? “Casinos had gone from ‘a cash-rich and soundly capitalized industry’ to ‘a debtor business hooked on junk.’
Déjà vu or Doppelgänger? Back in the 1800s, “The man who was the archetypal celebrity…was a New Yorker named Jim Fisk…a big, fat man renowned for doing everything publicly and to excess.”
Moreover, “His monogram was placed on everything he owned or was connected with. He had little regard for morality…made people talk about him.”
Hmm, sound familiar? “Fisk was shot to death in a hotel lobby…”
Blair concludes, “Jim Fisk and Friedrich Trump never met…But a century later his grandson would, in a sense, become Jim Fisk.”
Double-Edge Sword ↔ Guilt ‡ Responsibility
Nations and Politicians, ready to face the double-edged sword of Guilt and Responsibility?
Louis Nizer in his 1944 book, What To Do With Germany, posed key questions: “Who is Responsible” and under “Punishment” asks “Is obedience to a command a defense?”
Willy Brandt, former Chancellor of West Germany, makes distinction between guilt and responsibility. In a 1973 interview by Italian journalist Oriana Fallaci, Brandt stated, “Guilt is something to be imputed to an individual – never to a people or a generation. Responsibility is something else.”
Referring to the Nazi regime under Hitler, Brandt notes, “I don’t feel guilty myself, and I think it’s neither just nor correct to attribute such a guilt complex to my people or my generation.”
But what is just? Certainly not what was done to the Jewish refugees. A people who have been resilient and deserving of a home, a nation to call their own.
Yes, but as Fallaci points out, “But that’s just what the Palestinians want…” adding that some people suggest that a Palestinian State be on the West Bank.
And while the Right of Return for Palestinians seems bitter sweet, their Resilience and Resistance is unmatched.
“Will we again waste the sacrifice of millions of people because we are not prepared to think? Will we simply rearrange our prejudices and reclothe our demagoguery? Or will we, with knowledge of the causes of the disaster, grimly set ourselves to the task of winning the peace and preventing World War III now?”
– Louis Nizer was an American trial lawyer and senior partner at Phillips, Nizer, Benjamin, Krim & Ballon.
What to do with Prime Minister and US President?
Mr. President Trump, you made deals with the Taliban but not Hamas? Resonates of the deal between Fatah and Hamas which got Bushwhacked 25 years ago.
Netanyahu, your Patron can’t make up his mind. Iran is strong. Iran is weak. Face it, Iran is only a threat to you.
Day after? Prime Minister, I hear the air is good in Argentina. Of course I also heard of a Canadian airman who ‘Cornered’ a Nazi war criminal in Buenos Aires.
HAMAS and MOSSAD, masks shield you. Yet, you are no strangers to operating in the shadows.
MOSSAD, I agree. “First you need to defend your people not being killed in the thousands.” IDF failed. Chief and Southern Commander General RESIGNED.
As to the ‘next thing’? “When game is over the King and Pawns go back in the box.”
Perhaps those blinded by a quest for power have lost their senses along with their soul. Time appears to have proven Joseph S. Nye, Jr. correct.
If so, behold as Goliaths with ‘good intentions’ lay on the peaceful road to hell falling like dominos from the ripple effect of pursuing an inferior strategy – ultimate defeat.
“Power is not good or bad per se…If a country has too few power resources, it is less likely to obtain its preferred outcomes. But too much power (in terms of resources) has often proved to be a curse when it leads to overconfidence and inappropriate strategies. David slew Goliath because Goliath’s superior power resources led him to pursue an inferior strategy, which in turn led to his defeat and death.” –Joseph S. Nye,Jr.
