Europe, in this you call a ‘New World Order’ are you prepared to face its ‘Gods’? Brits, as you tinkered with smart machines, the Rise of Russia’s Robots real killing machines and China’s War Horse graduated Summa Cum Laude.

War in Ukraine is said to be the death of 1 million Russians. Not surprising given American threshold was about 400,000 in War World II.

Yet, Secretary of War speaks of having ‘capabilities.’ Let me educate you and your Commander.

Soviet Union lost close to 30 million (military + civilians). China close to 20 million.

U.S., let me enlighten you. A bee’s stinger is deadly even when dead. 

World witnessed Russia and China’s Military Might. Now, picture the alliance of both. How’s that for ‘capabilities’!

United Nations & World Economic Forum: Men’s ‘Act of Creation’ & Destruction

In Stephen C. Schlesinger’s Act of Creation, we find President Harry Truman wanted peace. But it came at a pricey tag for Poland. Ukraine, looks like you’re ‘it.’

Great British philosophers as Russell or Isaiah Berlin are also rare. In treaties as charters they were invaluable. Especially when Russia’s interpretation of ‘meaning’ of stipulations could get ‘lost in  translation.’

According to Schlesinger, a State Department Russian expert by the name of Charles Bohlen had gestured that “Berlin has saved the British empire with a stroke of a pencil.”

PUTIN, as STALIN, “held all the cards, and played them well.” Not surprisingly, U.S. is again ‘throwing in the hand.’

Sure, the Americans’ Army Signal Security (SAS) intercepted communication with code breakers but a Soviet boat and secure phone was able to circumvent it.

Of course, now there’s no need for ‘secret agents’ working at the United Nations. A Statistical Analysis System (SAS) and Tech easily surveil. Undersea cables? Ask Google.

If United Nations’ purpose was for leaders to resolve their issues at the table vs the battlefield, it failed. Putin overturned their table!

European Union, the Euro bound you nicely for China World Trade. U.S., your dirty debt bundle was not the icing but the cake. Now, China’s AI will re-gift you to Russia!

The Euro currency is an experiment which is clearly not working and caused many countries to default on their loans (2008 Financial Crisis). These structural changes have implications for member and non-member nation states.

International Monetary Fund, it would appear that developing countries too are for sale. Their weak position has put them in need of ‘monetary funds’ and path of continuous debt.

Forget not, War-Pandemic-Market forces go hand in hand.

Leaders, forgotten Davos 2016?  

World Economic Forum fared no better in ‘improving the world.’

In my 2016 Master’s thesis, “Nationalism: A Dangerous & Powerful Weapon for Injustice?” I highlighted speech by Martin Schulz, President of the European Parliament to the London School of Economics :

“We are living in turbulent times. That we wish to remain British or Germans, for example, is obvious when we consider how much importance we attach to our respective languages and cultures. And to football…or cricket…Yes, nation states are here to stay and that is a good thing because people need a home, they need identity.”

Clearly, not all ‘wish to remain British or Germans.’

‘Think like an Immigrant’ was purposed over a decade ago. The ‘official theme’ of WEF 2016 was “mastering the fourth industrial revolution.” Appears it mastered you.

‘Help, We’re Sinking’! Images of drowning migrants have now become common in the Americas as Europe. Leaders cry out ‘border control’ and reticent to lend a helping hand.

Europe, what is your ‘tipping point’? Right, somebody’s got to do the dirty work and fight at the frontlines. Just ask Koreans and Africans marching into Russia.

Fear “a world without work.” Or, is the concern only for ‘white collar jobs’?

So best you rethink ‘terrorism and the migration crisis.’ For the problem is one and the same. You get one, you get the other. Ask Germany’s Angela Merkel.

Americans pointed to ‘extremism’ and now ‘terrorism.’ Yet, they now find the real “monsters” are those they created – Leaders ►Foreign and Domestic.

DAVOS 2026

Europe, this is how you start a new year? Your “Spirit of Dialogue” is as ludicrous as the ‘Coalition of the Willing.” Talk is cheap, especially when you’ve already acted cowardly.

Security and Energy primarily concern the West. Debt and Growth the East. So what’s changed?

Appears EU members and non-members will share the same fate. Question is, who will be next? Finland or Poland?

Your ‘fears for the future’ are a ‘geo-economic confrontation.’ But ten years ago climate change was at the top of your list – ‘biggest single threat facing the world economy’?

Appears polar bears adapted better to the melting icebergs than your icebreakers in Russia Arctic Ocean. Europe, face it. If you cannot enforce your much coveted ‘rules-based global order’ you have no force.

UN, it’s too late to do an assessment of AI. The ‘horse has left the barn.’

Best you keep an eye on the wining war horse – CHINA. Not the one being dragged behind by ‘regulations.’

WEF and Klaus, there is no going back to ‘Restoring Truth and Trust.’ I remind you, Russia was not the cause of the global financial crisis.

Europe, did you not learn well its hard lessons? You cannot afford to be ‘naïve’ or lied to.

Who better than the Brits to ask about liespies. Or those who have centralized ‘cheating & lying’ calling it Intelligence. Ask the pompous Pompeo.  

As I noted last May, “Russia, Motherland † Operation Белый лебедь”, unlike “The CARDINAL of the KREMLIN” not all question the use of ‘dead drops.’

Europeans, you fear an ‘epic’ AI bubble. Yet, your clicks handed over ALL your source data, ‘hook, line and sinker.’

Democracy has been Digitized. No going back. Now that Political Leaders as the Peasants are ON and totally reliant on the NET, gridlock and all, no need for it to be freely ‘open sourced.’  

AI Upstarts, is ‘Bubble’ a self-made conundrum or self-fulfilling prophecy?

Quest for ‘Certainty’ and New Found Risks  

Kings, Princes, and Sheiks, appears the Mountain came to Muhammad and Muhammad went to the Mountain.

Kingdom, still want to climb the ‘Six Flags’? Key is for a King to retain treasures of the past and Prince to obtain riches in future.

Yet in darkness, one sees not a past catching up. Indeed, it has been staring at you all along.

Your Excellency Majid A. Alkassabi, Saudi Arabia ‘could become’ a lot of things. But what it will be depends not on a lot of things.

WEF knows damn well there are not ‘Many Shapes of Trade’ but many SHADES. Never really been free or fair trade.

Your Excellency Abdullah A. Alswaha, when partnering with the Valley of Silicon there is no ‘Win Win.’

Your Excellency Faisal F. Alibrahim, your shrewdness observes “stability can’t be quickly built.” Nor can it be quickly rebuilt. Yet, the West parades how it CAN be negotiated and bought.

Stability is like a tree where it has a beginning and an end. Yet, it’s roots, as lands and its people are to be “nurtured, protected,…”

Buoyancy comes readily to a Prince. Indeed, in his ‘world’, best his actions seek the wisdom of a King. For his present ‘presence’ in multiple worlds stands the risk of colliding.

A ‘Dream World’ too can be imagined and created. Yet, to visit it is not the same as to live in it.

Carte blanche may open multiple future designs. But as identical horses or twin princes of interlocking worlds, each cannot the same future hold.  

As to “Uncertainty”, it is ever present. Stability oscillates. Outcome is partly determined by if, when and how one responds.

Understanding causes and consequences are not difficult to grasp. Those in power have long attempted to manage society efficiently. Technology is just another means to an end.

In my November 1, 2019 paper, “Risk of being Open and Transparent with Old and New Enemies” I point out:

“Man’s certainty of brutality and intelligence, be they adorned with silk of the East or West, be they defended with the sword or arsenal, or be they honored with heads or medals, fight a losing battle.

The West attempted conquest of  the ‘certainty’ of freedom and security by way of deception will attract more birds to swarm; only the nature of these birds are not that of doves and will bring their flock to your soil.

For ‘If one Prophet deceive another, what certainty is there of knowing the will of God, by other way than that of Reason?’ And no amount of intelligence will help you deal with the brutal risks of uncertainty. It’s in your nature.”

World Leaders, I remind you, Debt, Energy and Growth are unsustainable.

Einstein would tell you Security, Peace, and Freedom are Relative.

Europe, on the subject of “World Government” in May 1946, Einstein gave a Radio address from Princeton to students in Chicago and a subsequent interview with philosophy professor Paul A. Schilpp. What follows is an English translation of Einstein’s response to a question:

Schilpp: Herr Professor Einstein,what is the difference between a world government and the United Nations?

Einstein: “By the term world government I mean an institution whose decisions and laws bind the individual member states. In its current capacity, the United Nations does not have the powers of a world government because its decisions do not bind individual member states.”

Primum Movens

In my June 17, 2020 paper, “Primum Movens: World Merchant Supplying and Controlling the Chains,” I pointed to Primum Movens.

Aristotle once spoke of the “unmoved mover” many centuries and dynasties ago. China has speedily come along through its many roads, from its “Great Wall” to “China 2025.”

U.S. forgets that the chain of command is led by a prime mover. No, not only in cyberspace but in the physical spaces of transport. The “Belt Road” is actually many roads that go back centuries. An engineering feat and precursor of what was to come.

Logistics are key. Russia, you may agree. In the Patriotic War of 1812 or the Russian Campaign, armies faced unforgiving freezing terrain, “The horse was a crucial…factor in Russia’s defeat of Napoleon.” In essence, France’s defeat was attributed to how “Napoleon destroyed his army in 1812 in large part because of logistical failures.” 

In response, the path and direction chosen by nation leaders will determine the fate of their people. Whether you stand with a Socialist, Communist or Capitalist, you will do well not to cross each other’s paths.
